Pork Verde

Serves 6 people
Ingredients
- 3 cans Herdez green sauce
- 2 cans water
- pork loin chops
- Wondra flour
- Garlic salt
- oil
Directions

Cut pork into approx. 1" pieces.

Sprinkle with garlic salt and dredge in Wondra.

Cook in oil until slightly browned.

Add Herdez sauce and water and bring to a boil.

Lower heat and cook approximately 2 hours until very tender.

Serve over steamed white rice.
