Turkey Patties

Serves 4 people
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/4 cup panko crumbs
- 1 egg white
- 2 T minced scallions
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 T low sodium soy sauce
- 2 T chopped fresh parsley
- Zest, juice of 1 lemon (optional)

In a large bowl, blend all of the ingredients. Shape into 4 patties

Heat canola oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.

Cook for about 5 to 7 minutes on each side (or until cooked through).
