Key Lime Pie

Cook time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 5 egg yolks
  • 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup key lime juice
  • 1 9-inch prepared graham cracker pie crust
  • Whipped topping

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F.

  2. Combine egg yolks, condensed milk and lime juice. Mix well. Pour into unbaked pie crust.

  3. Bake in heated oven for 15 minutes. Allow to cool.

  4. Top with whipped topping and a slice of lime.
