Amish Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups quick cooking oats
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions

Combine ingredients; mix well. Spread evenly in a greased 13×9×2” baking pan.

Bake 25-30 minutes in moderate oven until edges are golden brown.

Spoon into bowls. Top with fruit or brown sugar if desired.
