Antipasto Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sea shells
  • 1/2 lb. Provolone cheese
  • 1/4 lb. salami
  • 1/2 lb. pepperoni
  • 2 green peppers
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 can pitted black olives
  • Small amount onion
  • 3 or more tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon salt
  • 1 Tablespoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup vinegar

Directions

  1. Cut everything bite size. Cook sea shells; drain. Then add all ingredients together; mix with oil and vinegar.
