Sweet & White Potato Spears

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds sweet potatos
  • 1 1/2 pounds baking potatos
  • 1/2 cup Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Cut potatoes, both the sweet potatos and the baking potatos, into thin spears.

  3. Toss potatos with dressing.

  4. Spread into a single layer on a baking sheet.

  5. Bake for one hour, turn 1/2 through baking time.

  6. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and parsley.

  7. Serve
