Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds sweet potatos
- 1 1/2 pounds baking potatos
- 1/2 cup Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
Directions

Heat oven to 375 degrees.

Cut potatoes, both the sweet potatos and the baking potatos, into thin spears.

Toss potatos with dressing.

Spread into a single layer on a baking sheet.

Bake for one hour, turn 1/2 through baking time.

Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and parsley.
