Ingredients
- 2 slices of thick bacon
- 4 slices french bread
- 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 swiss chees slices
- 1 plum tomato
Directions

Cut bacon into 1/2" slices.

Heat broiler on oven.

Brown bacon in a skillet.

Remove from skillet and allow grease to drain onto a paper towel.

Cut french bread into 3/4" thick slices.

Spread with mayonnaise.

Broil, 4" away from heat, for 1 minute.

Remove from oven.

Rub with halved garlic.

Cover bread pieces with cheese, bacon, and tomatos.

Top with remaining cheese.

Broil for another minute, or until cheese is melted.
