Sausage Cheeseballs

Ingredients

  • 32 ounces pork sausage
  • 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1.2 cup finely chopped celery
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 cups baking mix, like Bisquick
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 teaspoons pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

  3. Form into 1" balls.

  4. Place on ungreased baking sheet.

  5. Bake for 18 – 20 minutes, or until cooked.
