Potato Salad II

Ingredients

  • 4 cups new potatoes
  • 1 1/2 cups celery, diced fine
  • 1 pickle, diced fine
  • 1/4 cup onions, diced fine
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
  • 2 teaspoons salt (sometimes less)
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons pickle juice

Directions

  1. Boil potatoes whole until fork tender. Drain and peel potatoes while warm.

  2. Mix sauce and chopped ingredients together.

  3. Add to potatoes while still warm.
