Red and White Chili

Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked chicken breast
- 3 (15.5-ounce) cans rinsed navy beans
- 1 cup fat-free chicken broth
- 1 large chopped onion
- 1 large chopped red bell pepper
- 1 seeded and finely chopped fresh jalapeno pepper
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Diced avocado, reduced-fat sour cream and chopped chives for garnish
Directions

Place all ingredients in a 4-quart or larger slow cooker. Cover and cook 5 to 6 hours on low or until sauce is slightly thickened. Garnish as desired.
