Ingredients
- 1/2 C. flour
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/3 C. margarine
- 1 tbsp. onion
- 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 3 C. chicken broth
- 1 1/2 C. half and half
- 1 C. beer or broth
- 16 oz. cheese (sharp cheddar and jack)
- Broccoli
Directions

Precook broccoli

In sauce pan, melt margarine. Stir in flour.

Cook 1 minute stirring constantly until smooth and bubbly. Add garlic, onion, worcestershire sauce, salt, mustard and pepper. Blend well.

Gradually add broth/beer.

Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.

Add cheeses, stir until melted.

Add half and half. Heat gently- DO NOT BOIL.

Add broccoli and serve.
