Ingredients
- 4 lbs. Beef chuck roast
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 tbsp. dried rosemary
- 1 C. soy sauce
- 6 C. water
- Hoagie rolls
- pepper jack cheese grated
- french fried onions
- 3 bay leaves
Directions

Place roast into Slow cooker

Season with garlic, rosemary and bay leaves

Pour water and soy sauce around meat

Cook on low setting 7-10 hrs. The longer the better.

When ready to serve, open hoagie rolls and place on cookie sheet.

Sprinkle with cheese and french fried onions

Place in 300 degree oven to melt cheese and toast onions and bread.

Top with meat and use sauce to dip.
