Blueberry Buckle

Ingredients
- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Shortening, Soft
- 1 Large Egg
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 2 Cups Flour
- 3 Teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 2 Cups Blueberries, Fresh or Frozen
- CRUMB MIXTURE:
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 3/4 Cup Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/4 Cup Butter, Soft (may need a little more)

Make CRUMB MIXTURE FIRST: Combine all ingredients for crumb mixture.

Heat oven for 375 degrees. Mix sugar, shortening, milk and egg. Sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir into mixture. Fold in blueberries. Pour into 8" baking dish, greased and floured. Put on crumb mixture. Bake 45-50 minutes (longer if frozen blueberries).
