Lefse – Grandma Iris

Serve with Sugar or Brown Sugar and Butter.

Ingredients

  • 5 Pounds Potatoes
  • 3 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Salt
  • 1 Stick Margarine, Melted
  • 3 Cups Flour

Directions

  1. Cook and Rice potatoes, allow them to cool to luke warm. Add melted margarine, sugar, and salt. Then Mix. Set over night in cool place. Next Day Add flour. Do not over mix. Roll and Fry.
