Ingredients
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/8 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/8 Teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1 Cup Buttermilk
- 2 Teaspoons Butter, Melted
- 2 Large Egg, Separated
- FRUIT (Blueberries/Bananas)

Mix all ingredients. FOLD in egg whites. Cook on griddle.
