- 4 Beef, Ribeye
- 2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
- 2 Tsp. Water
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tsp. Basil
- 1/2 Tsp. Pepper
- 1/2 Tsp. Thyme

In a 1-cup glass measure, combine garlic and watter; microwave on HIGH 30 seconds. Stir in remaining ingredients; Rub on both sides of steaks.

Cook 11 to 14 minutes (med rare to medium done). Carve steaks crosswise into thick slices.
