Baked Flounder Tarragon

Ingredients
- 6 Flounder, Fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/3 Cup White Wine
- Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/4 Teaspoon Tarragon
- 1 Teaspoon Capers
- 1/8 Teaspoon Pepper

Preheat Oven to 425 degrees. Arrange flounder in deep platter, overlapping if needed. Pour white wine Worchester sauce and oil over fish; sprinkle w/tarragon, capers, pepper. Cover w/ foil and bake for 10-15 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
