Baked Flounder Tarragon

Ingredients

  • 6 Flounder, Fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/3 Cup White Wine
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Tarragon
  • 1 Teaspoon Capers
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat Oven to 425 degrees. Arrange flounder in deep platter, overlapping if needed. Pour white wine Worchester sauce and oil over fish; sprinkle w/tarragon, capers, pepper. Cover w/ foil and bake for 10-15 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
