Ingredients
- 1 Box Jumbo SeaShells
- 2 Large Egg
- 1 Cup Mozzarella cheese, Grated
- 1 Cup Bread Crumbs
- 1 Tablespoon Parsley
- 1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- Dash Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt, Pepper
- 1 Pound Ground Beef
- 1 Large Ricotta Cheese
- Spaghetti Sauce
- Spinach, Thawed (Optional), Drained; Dried.

Cook Seashells 10 minutes; Drain. Mix remaining ingredients leaving 1/2 cup mozzarella to the side and the spaghetti sauce. Stuff shells. Put some sauce in bottom of 13×9 dish. Place stuffed shells on top. Pour sauce over shells. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and then parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees, covered for 30 minutes.

VARIATION: Add 10 oz uncooked, thawed Spinach to mixture for Florentine.
