Zucchini bread

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1⁄2 tsp. baking soda
- 1⁄2 tsp. salt
- 1⁄4 tsp. baking powder
- 1⁄4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup zucchini shredded
- 1⁄4 cup oil
- 1⁄2 cup walnuts or pecans toasted
Directions

Grease a loaf pan and set aside.

Combine dry ingredients in a bowl, make a well in the middle, set aside.

Combine all the rest and add all at once to dry ingredients.

Stir until just moistened; batter should be lumpy. Add nuts. Spoon into loaf pan.

Bake at 350 F for 50-55 minutes. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes, then remove from pan and continue to cool on wire rack.
