Sesame Lime Grilled Tuna

Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce , reduced sodium
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
  • 3 garlic cloves , minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 4 (6 ounce) tuna steaks (about 1-1/2 inches thick)

Directions

  1. Combine soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, garlic, and pepper in large ziplock bag; add tuna. Marinate in fridge for 30 minute.

  2. Spray grill rack with nonstick spray; preheat to med-high heat.

  3. Place tuna on grill rack. Grill until browned but still pink in center, about 6 min on each side for med-rare.

  4. 5 points plus per tuna steak.
