Crockpot Chili

This is a very large batch and I get at least 3 meals out of it. It freezes well.

Ingredients
- 1T olive oil
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2-4cloves garlic, minced
- 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
- 14 oz. can diced tomatoes
- 4 15 oz cans red kidney beans
- 2 15 oz cans pinto beans
- 2 15 oz cans black beans, rinsed
- 2 t salt
- 1 t. pepper
- 1/4-1/3 cup chili powder
- 1 T. cumin powder
- Tabasco to taste

Heat the olive oil in a pan. Sauté the meat until the meat is brown.

In a very large bowl, mix all ingredients together well. Pour into 6-7 qt. crockpot and cook on low for 7-8 hours. Taste and adjust seasonings half way through.

Use cheese, minced onions, sour cream, tortilla chips for garnish.
