Loaded Avalanche Bars

Ingredients

  • 12 oz bag of white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 cups Gluten-Free Rice Krispies
  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips + 1 Tbsp for sprinkling on top
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter or Mini M&M's

Directions

  1. Spray a 9×9 pan lightly with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. Toss the white chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Stir, then continue in 30 second intervals until chips are melted.

  3. Mix in the peanut butter until smooth and creamy.

  4. Slowly stir in the Rice Krispies.

  5. Add the marshmallows, mini chocolate chips, and M&M’s.

  6. Stir to combine. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan. Don’t push super hard to squish the bars, but do give them a gently smoosh to make sure they all stick together as they cool.

  7. Sprinkle chocolate chips or mini m&m’s on top to garnish. Cool.

  8. Cut into squares.
