Ingredients
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes , drained
- 6 scallions , sliced
- 2 garlic cloves , minced
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
Directions
- In a 4-qt slow cooker, stir together tomatoes, scallions, garlic, Italian seasoning and rice until rice is well coated.

Add broth, cover and cook on low 4 hours. Fluff rice with a fork, then leave uncovered 15 minutes before serving.
