Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups turkey, cooked and shredded
- 4 cups broth
- 1 28 oz can diced tomatoes
- 6 chile peppers, chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin
- salt and pepper to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon dried cilantro
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 can corn
- 1 can beans

In a crockpot combine turkey, broth, tomatoes, chiles, corn, beans, onion, garlic, and lime juice. Season with cayenne, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook 8 hours.

Stir in cheese and cilantro, and cook one hour on high. Serve with cornbread.
