Ingredients
- Meat Sauce:
- 1-1/2 lb Italian sausage
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 T basil
- 1-1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1 lb can tomatoes
- 1 6 oz cans tomato paste
- 10 oz Lasagna Noodles
- Cheese filling:
- 2 16 oz cartons ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 T parsley
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 tsp salt
Directions

Brown Italian sausage slowly. Add remaining

ingredients. Simmer ½ hour uncovered, stirring

occasionally.

Mix all ingredients well.

1-1/2 lbs mozzarella cheese, sliced

10 oz lasagna noodles, cooked

Place ½ of the noodles in 12 inch Dutch oven,

overlapping, to completely cover bottom. Spread ½ of
-
the cheese filling over noodles. Cover with ½ of the
-
mozzarella cheese, then ½ of the sauce. Repeat layers.

Bake for 45 minutes at approx. 375 degrees (9 charcoal
-
briquettes under oven and 18 on top. Let stand for 10
-
– 15 minutes before serving.
