Beef enchilada bake

Ingredients

  • 1lb ground chuck
  • 1 can cream of chicken
  • 1/2lb velvetta
  • 6 corn tortillas, halved
  • 1 can diced tomatos

Directions

  1. oven 350

  2. brown meat

  3. stir in soup and velvetta

  4. spoon 1/3 of meat mixture into an 8in square baking dish, cover with tortillas and 1/4c tomatoes, repeat layers.

  5. cover and bake 25 min.
