Ingredients
- 1 lb pork sausage
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 1 chopped med onion
- 1 loaf cubed bakery cheese or herb bread
- 1c shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs
- 2c milk
- 1t ground mustard

oven 350

in large skillet, cook sausage, pepper and onion.

ace bread in 9 × 13. top with sausage mixture and sprinkle with cheese.

in large bowl, whisk eggs, milk and mustard and pour over top. cover and fridge overnight.

remove 30 min before baking for 30-35 min.
