Ingredients

• 1/2 c flour
• 1/4 c sugar
• 3/4 t baking powder
• 1/3 c milk
• 1T oil
• 1 t vanilla
• 1/4c nutella
• 1/3c semisweet chocolate pieces
• 1/2c sugar
• 1/4c unsweet cocoa powder
• 3/4c boiling water

Directions

1. Oven 350

2. in med bowl, combine flour, 1/4c sugar, baking powder, 1/4t salt

3. add milk, oil, vanilla and whisk until smooth.

4. stir in nutella and chocolate pieces.

5. pour into casserole dish.

6. in same bowl combine 1/2c sugar and cocoa. stir in water and piur over batter.

7. bake for 35-40 min.
