Ingredients
- 2c flour
- 1/2c unsweet cocoa powder
- 1t baking powder
- 1/2t baking soda
- 2/3c butter, soft
- 1 3/4c sugar
- 3 eggs
- 4oz unsweet choco, melted and cooled
- 2t vanilla
- 1 1/2c milk
- 1c malted milk balls, coarsely chopped
- chocolate malt frosting
- 2c whipping cream
- 1/3c malt powder
- 2 11.5oz pkgs milk choc pieces

oven 350

line and grease 2 9 × 9 pans.

in med bowl, stir together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and 1/2t salt.

in large bowl, beat butter and sugar and beat. add eggs one at a time, beating after each. beat in chocolate and vanilla. alternately add flour and milk.

divide batter and bake 10 min. sprinkle with malted milk ball and bake 15 min more.

cool and spread with frosting

whisk 2c whipping cream and 1/3c malted milk powder andmicro on 50% for 2 min. place choco in a bowl and pour hot cream on top, let stand 5 min and stir until smooth.
