Ingredients

• 1 16.5 oz pkg PB cookie dough
• 3/4c butter
• 3 oz. unsweet choco, chopped
• 1 1/3c sugar
• 2t vanilla
• 3 eggs
• 1c flour
• 2T unsweet cocoa powder
• 1/3c jam

Directions

1. Cook cookies according to directions

2. in sauce pan, stir inbutter and chocolate until melted. use wooden spoon and stir in sugar and vanilla, let cool.

3. oven 350

4. line 8×8 with foil and grease.

5. add eggs one at a time to butter mixture. stir in flour and cocoa powder.

6. bake 30 min.

7. while warm, scoop brownie onto cookie and top with jam and another cookie.

8. warm in oven.
