Ingredients
- 1 bunch of asparagus
- spray oil
- salt
- pepper
- paper thin prosciutto
- 1 round Boursin cheese
Directions

at oven to 450.

Spread trimmed asparagus on a baking sheet.

Spray with oil.

Sprinkle with salt and papper.

Roast for 10-15 minutes until bright green or al dente. Do not overcook.

Let cool completely.

Spread a small amount of boursin cheese on a slice of paper thin prosciutto and wrap around asparagus.

Layer in a serving dish and serve at room temperature.
