Baked Brie Turkey Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-in) reduced fat, whole wheat tortilla
  • 1 oz. light brie, cut into very thin slivers
  • 1 tblspn cranberry sauce, preferably jarred
  • 3 oz, shaved extra lean roasted turkey
  • 1/4 cup arugula leaves

Directions

  1. Place tortilla on microwave safe dinner plate and add Brie slivers to cover as much as possible of a 3-inch wide strip down the middle. Microwave on high for 20 to 30 seconds, or until brie is slightly melted (do not overcook).

  2. Top the brie with cranberry sauce, followed by the Turkey and then the arugula leaves. Fold the bottom edge up, then both sides over to create an open-ended wrap.
