Santa Fe Chicken Wrap with Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 1 slice whole wheat or whole grain bread
  • 4 oz. basic grilled chicken
  • 1 canned whole, mild green chili
  • 1 (1/4 thick) slice beefsteak tomato or 2 smaller slices
  • 1 oz. very thinly sliced cheddar 75% light (Cabot's)
  • 1 tablespoon prepared guacamole

Directions

  1. Preheat broiler. Line a small baking sheet with foil.

  2. Place bread on baking sheet. Follow with chicken slices, chili and tomato. Lay cheese over top. Broil until the cheese is melted and the chicken is warmed through. Top with guacamole.
