Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup carrots, chopped
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup ham, diced
- 2 cups potatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cups milk
Directions

Combine water, potatoes, onions, celery, carrots, salt and pepper. Simmer 10-12 min.

In saucepan, melt butter until it begins to boil. Add flour and cook about 1 min. Slowly add milk until it thickens. Add cheese; heat till melted.

Pour cheese sauce into soup mixture.

Add ham.
