Chicken Pot Pie

This version is more rustic, with potatoes layered and flour sprinkled between layers.

Ingredients
- Pie pastry, top and bottom
- 1 pint chicken, cooked and shredded
- 3 potatoes, very thinly sliced
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- flour
- salt
- pepper
- garlic
- onion powder
- 1 Tbsp parsley
- 1 tsp chervil (optional)
- 1/2 tsp coriander
- 1 pint chicken broth
Directions

Linen a large pie dish with pastry.

Shred chicken over the bottom. Place 3 layers of potatoes with 2 layers mixed vegetables, sprinkling each layer with flour, salt, pepper, onion, and garlic, as well as the spices.

Pour chicken broth over all.

Bake at 400 for 45 min. – 1 hour.
