Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 can crushed tomatoes, large
- 1 onion
- 4-6 potatoes
- 1-2 bags carrots
- 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can shoe-peg corn
Directions

Boil chicken with bay leaves until tender; cool and drain, but save the water. Shred.

To the water, add tomatoes, onion, potatoes and carrots (cut into chunks); add chicken and vegies. Cover and simmer till heated through.
