Ingredients
- 6 cups water
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup dried pimento
- 1 lb. spaghetti, broken
- 1/2 cup green pepper, diced
- 2 cups celery, diced
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 whole chicken
Directions

Cook chicken in water; cool and debone. Shred.

Add rest of ingredients; cook slowly on stovetop till vegetables are tender.
