Pizza Crust

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Rapid Rise yeast
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 2 cups flour (or so)

Directions

  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in salt and oil. Add 1 cup flour, stir, slowly add rest of flour, little by little, till right consistency. Knead until smooth and elastic (not long).

  2. Place in greased bowl in warm spot for 15 min. or so till doubled in size.

  3. Grease pan – bake at 425 for approx. 10 min. with a little grease on top.

  4. Fill with pizza toppings. Bake about 15 min.
