Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp cocoa
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 5 Tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- Pie crust, baked
Directions

Mix cocoa, sugar, flour and salt, eggs and milk. Cook while stirring on medium heat until it bubbles and thickens, about 5 to 10 minutes. Beat out any lumps. Cook until it’s thick. Remove from heat. Add butter and vanilla. Pour into baked, cooled pie crust.
