Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 stick butter
- 4 Tbsp cocoa
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- Icing:
- 1 stick butter
- 6 Tbsp milk
- 4 Tbsp cocoa
- 1 box powdered sugar
Directions

Mix together 2 cups flour and 2 cups sugar.

In large saucepan, mix oil, water, butter and cocoa. Bring to a boil; beat into flour and sugar mixture.

Mix together, eggs, baking soda, and vanilla. Add to chocolate mixture.

Mix together cinnamon and salt; add to mixture.

Add buttermilk.

Bake at 400 for 25 min. in a 9 × 13 prepared pan.

5 min. before cake is done, make the icing.

In a saucepan, bring butter, milk, and cocoa to a boil. Beat in powdered sugar. Spread warm icing over cake fresh out of the oven.
