Ingredients
- 1/4 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp cilantro, fresh, chopped
- 1/2 tsp lime zest
- 2 tsp fresh lime juice
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/8 tsp ground red pepper
- 8 slice mixed-grain bread
- 8 oz deli-sliced turkey, smoked-variety
- 8 piece lettuce
- 1/4 tsp table salt
- 2 medium tomato(es), thinly sliced
Directions

Combine mayonnaise, cilantro, lime zest and juice, cumin, salt and pepper together in a small bowl.

Spread 1 tablespoon of the mayonnaise mixture on each of 4 slices of bread. Layer each with 2 ounces of turkey, 2 lettuce leaves and a few tomato slices. Cover with remaining bread slices and serve.
