Ingredients
- 1 can sweet potatoes, large
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- Topping:
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
Directions

Heat sweet potatoes through; drain.

Add butter, vanilla, eggs, salt and cinnamon; beat till fluffy. Pour into buttered casserole or pie shell.
