Sweet Potato Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 can sweet potatoes, large
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • Topping:
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped

Directions

  1. Heat sweet potatoes through; drain.

  2. Add butter, vanilla, eggs, salt and cinnamon; beat till fluffy. Pour into buttered casserole or pie shell.

  3. rinkle topping mixture on top. Bake for 30 min. at 350.
