Ingredients
- 6 potatoes
- 6 Tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 3 green onions, chopped
- salt and pepper

Cook potatoes in skins; cool. Peel and crumble with fork.

Combine cheese and 4 Tbsp butter in saucepan; heat and stir till melted. Remove from heat; blend in sour cream, onions, salt and pepper. Fold in potatoes.

Spoon into 2-qt. greased casserole dish. Dot with butter.
