Chicken Fajita Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 2 skinless chicken breasts,, cut in 2-inch strips
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup green or red bell pepper strips
  • 10-oz pkg. Pillsbury All Ready Pizza Crust
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese

Directions

  1. Heat oil in stir-fry skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; stir-fry 5 min. or until lightly browned. Stir in garlic, chili powder and salt. Add onions and bell pepper; stir-fry an additional minute or till crisp.

  2. at oven to 425. Spray stone with vegetable spray. Unroll dough and place on pizza stone. Starting at center, roll dough into 14-inch circle. Parbake 8-10 min. Spoon chicken mixture over crust. Spoon salsa over chicken, sprinkle with cheese. Bake 15-18 min. or till crust is golden brown.
