Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 4 Tbsp. melted butter
- 3/4 vanilla
- 1 cup chocolate chips

Mix all ingredients; cook on griddle till edges are bubbly; flip.
