Cheese-Chip Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 8-oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1 pkg Doritos, crushed
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk

Directions

  1. Brown ground beef, onion and garlic; drain.

  2. Put half of meat mixture in bottom of 9 × 13 pan. Put layer of chips on top of meat. Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese on top.

  3. Combine egg and milk and pour over meat. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.

  4. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
