Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 1/2 cup chicken, cooked and shredded
- 12-oz. picante
- 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 flour tortillas

eat oven to 350.

Saute onion and butter until tender. Stir in chicken, 1/4 cup picante, cream cheese, and cumin. Cook until heated. Stir in 1 cup cheese. Spoon 1/3 cup chicken mixture in center of each tortilla; roll up. Place seam side down in baking dish. Top with remaining picante and cheese.

Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
