Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 4 oz. butter

Line 8-inch pie pan with waxed paper.

Mix flour and sugar; add butter. Break up into course crumbs. Pack crumbly mixture into pan. Pinch edges, prick with fork.

Bake 40-55 minutes till brown. Cut while still hot.
