Ingredients
- 1/2 c mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb lump crabmeat
- 1 lrg ripe tomato, peeled, seeded, and finely chopped
- 1 small white onion, finely chopped
- 3 thyme sprigs, chopped
- 2 tbsp finely chopped cilantro
- 1 rip avocado, finely diced
- salt and pepper
- 12 3" tostadas
- salsa macha verde
Directions

Beat together the mayo and oil.

Add the crabmeat and mix well.

Stir in the tomatoes, onion, and herbs.

Fold in the avocado.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Let it chill for an hour.

Serve with the tostadas, topping each with about 1/4 c of the crab mixture.

Pass the sauce on the side.
