Almond Roca

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • almonds, crushed
  • Hershey bars

Directions

  1. Over medium low heat, melt butter. Add brown sugar.

  2. Sprinkle bottom of 9×9 pan with crushed almonds. Break up chocolate bars and scatter over nuts.

  3. Stir sugar mixture till boiling; boil and stir for 12 minutes. Pour over nuts and chocolate. Sprinkle more chocolate on top.
